Refund Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This page explains what can and cannot be refunded when you use Money.
Trades and network fees
Money is non-custodial. When you trade, you sign a transaction with your own wallet and it runs on a public blockchain. Blockchain transactions are final. We cannot cancel, reverse or refund a trade, a transfer, or a network fee (gas), and we do not receive the network fee.
A trade that goes badly, a token that falls in price, or a token that turns out to be a scam is a market loss, not something we can refund.
Fees that Money charges
Any fee that Money charges on a trade is shown before you confirm. Because the trade itself is final, that fee is not refundable once the trade has gone through, unless the trade failed on the network and was not completed.
Paid plans
- If you buy a plan through the Apple App Store, Apple handles payment and refunds. You can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. You can cancel renewal at any time in your Apple account settings.
- If you buy a plan through another store or directly on our website, the same applies there: you can cancel renewal at any time, and [Refund window and process for non-Apple purchases to be confirmed].
- Cancelling stops future charges. It does not usually refund the period you have already paid for.
Your rights under Australian law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a paid service has a major problem, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
